One thing you can do today to help your body get more jobs done is to enlist best practice criteria to evaluate your progress, (better than guessing).
Double checking the level of physical capability your body has will:
Ensure your body has the physical capability you need to keep up with the work you have
Keep your body in good working order for your entire career so you walk away at the end in a body that works.
Will spare you lost time from lost fitness, muscle decline or limited movement.
Will save you dollars and headaches from low energy, increased fatigue, elevated systemic stress.
